Rock Pine Cabin is a recently renovated home that offers the warmth of a woodsy retreat with the ease of modern amenities. Set back from the road, this spacious 1,800-square-foot house is ensconced in five acres of pine, hemlock and maple trees. The cedar walls were hand-built by an area resident more than 30 years ago, and guests can feel the warm craftsmanship from the moment you enter the space.

The ground floor is an open concept with a dining areas and newly-renovated kitchen. The living room’s high vaulted ceilings and paneled walls provide cozy character to the space. There’s a cheery bay window to recline and relax, along with two reading nooks. Towards the back of the space is a queen-size bedroom (with a brand-new bed) and a full new bathroom with a washer/dryer.

Upstairs you’ll find the bright and sizable primary bedroom with four large windows opening to the Catskills woods, a new king size bed, and a wall of closet. There is a smaller bedroom with another new queen-sized bed with its own forest view. An oversized full bathroom with a walk-in shower offers a spa-like escape.

All three bedrooms have a writing desk for remote work or rural contemplation. Outside, a Weber grill and fire pit allow for cookouts and stargazing nights.

Rock Pine welcomes animals, both domestic (go ahead and bring yours) and local (look for families of deer and friendly black bears).
